Quality Inspection
Ensure that the garment is unworn, unwashed, and maintains all original tags and packaging for the return to be approved by our quality control team.
Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in its original box and include the invoice to prevent any damage during the transit back to our warehouse.
Courier Collection
Once approved, a courier will be dispatched to collect the parcel from your doorstep, or you may be guided to drop it off at a designated point.
